Our People
Gordon Alarie Gordon is the owner/operator of and the driving force behind the reorganization of Galarie Productions Inc. He lends his many years of experience and know how and technical expertise to the conception, development and production of the many projects under development and consideration.
Elie A.J. Savoie For CBC Television, Mr. Savoie worked in every genre of television production before settling in the Drama Department. He was, in turn, a director (directing over 30 episodes) line-producer and then executive producer of Canada's longest running TV family entertainment series, The Beachcombers. Since leaving the CBC, his interests have been eclectic as he worked as an independent producer, director and media consultant in a variety of television and video projects. For CELTIC COMMUNICATIONS INC., Mr. Savoie developed a one-hour documentary titled ST. PATRICK: The Man & The Myth for the A&E network in the US. He wrote and post-produced a series of documentaries and spots for THE CANADIAN LUTHERAN WORLD RELIEF; directed the first gavel-to-gavel television coverage of provincial parliament ever in BC; worked in a variety of roles for; Health & Welfare Canada and the Women's Inter-Church Council of Canada; produced a game show for BCTV; radio spots for FOODCARE PRODUCTIONS, directed, inter-active, training videos for the HONGKONG BANK; television project consultant for THE ROYAL BC MUSEUM, produced a live, inter-active video conference and a 1/2 hour special for the CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION SOCIETY; developed a documentary, for PONTE PRODUCTIONS; served as executive-producer for an art feature film, Echo Lake, etc.
Richard Pitt During his years with Wimsey Information Services Inc., Canada's first commercial ISP, Richard produced some of the first commercial web pages in the world, and was instrumental in starting the enormous web creation business in the Vancouver area. Web sites have included Impark, HomeLife Realty, CEN-TA, FirePlug Computers, Intrawest Resorts, Whistler Mountain and many others. Over the past 20+ years he has been working with Unix and Linux based systems including embedded communications and control systems. Computer graphics production and networked graphic creation and control systems are just some of the projects he has had a hand in design and implementation. |
